After the first attempt, I decided to shoot mainly at night. I thought the dark would bring out the light from my small lamps better than shooting in the daytime. Here's the bottle of wine my sister and I brought home from the vineyard. I thought it would make an interesting subject.

@Elisa: Thanks Eliza! =-)
Late in catching up to your very interesting series. I had no idea Nebraska even had wineries. Went to their website, they seem a bit pricey and the varietal names (grapes used) are some I am not too familiar with. I'm sure they are excellent wines; I know the photos you took there (buzz and all) are excellent. Viewing these, I feel I toured the winery with you.

@Viewfinder: I'm glad you got that "touring" effect! Yeah, I agree the prices are a bit high...it's actually cheaper to buy it at the supermarket...oh well, it's all just a part of the experience. Thanks for comment, VF! =-)
I like the colors of the bottle and the cork, well done!

@amy: Thanks Amy! The wine outing was fun! I remember "Frosty Pine"...that was followed by "Frosty butt" because it was freaking cold that day! I shouldn't complain...I could be in Canada! ;-) Thanks for the visit, Amy! Glad you're back! =-)
Wow, you have been busy trying those wines, thats a lot of corks.... Nice set up Laurie, the blue bottle adds an interesting and unusual colour to the shot, which is attractive.
